As a Social Media Manager, you will be the engine behind our digital presence. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our life-changing content reaches our community consistently and professionally. You will manage the backend of our social media platforms, organizing and scheduling posts to ensure a steady flow of spiritual encouragement across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Scheduling: Manage the posting calendar and schedule daily/weekly content (text, images, and video) across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Platform Optimization: Tailor captions, hashtags, and posting times for each specific platform to maximize reach and engagement.
- Cross-Channel Coordination: Ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints in alignment with our ministry’s voice.
- Quality Control: Review content for typos, broken links, or formatting issues before it goes live.
- Analytics Support: Briefly monitor post performance to help the team understand what content resonates most with our audience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Social Media Proficiency: Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite) is a major plus.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a multi-channel content calendar.
- Reliability: A consistent commitment to meeting posting deadlines.
- Basic Graphic Skills: Ability to make minor tweaks to visuals (helpful but not required).
