As a Social Media Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining a positive and engaging online community centered around our mission and values. You will act as a representative of Walking in Step with God Ministries on various social media platforms, nurturing meaningful interactions, providing support, and encouraging spiritual dialogue within our digital community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions promptly and thoughtfully
- Engage authentically with followers, partners, and relevant faith-based accounts to grow our visibility and reach
- Support online campaigns, events, and spiritual discussions by encouraging participation and dialogue
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters a sense of belonging within our digital community
- Collect and relay audience feedback and insights to inform content strategy
- Maintain a courteous, compassionate tone that aligns with our ministry’s voice and values
- Answer questions about the ministry and provide spiritual encouragement to community members

- Experience with community management or social media engagement (helpful but not required)
